Hello everyone, we made it to Guangzhou last night. We left Beijing yesterday at 3pm after meeting for lunch. We are now at The China Hotel, it is very nice as well, we will be meeting our group this morning. Together there are 17 families, 7 of which will be traveling with us to Chongqing tomorrow AM. We leave in the AM and will be finally united with Mia tomorrow. Today we will probably be on our own, to do laundry, walk the city, shop, etc. I am starting to get butterflies. This will be my last post before we are a family of 3. Guangzhou seems a little more modern than Beijing and the airport was just completed 2 years ago. The highways are beautifully landscaped and the city offers many conveniences and restaurants from back home. There is a Starbucks in our hotel and you can bet I am going today to get a latte. 7-11 is next door and we laughed, they sell Tequila and Vodka in 7-11. Believe it or not, Mike found Coors Light here! It is so funny to see it with the Chinese characters.

We can not wait!!! Lots of pictures PLEASE!!! We anticipating the entire story in great detail!!! There will be many tears shed here along with you there, I am sure!!!
